Join us for “(Re)Discover You,” a 5-week self-discovery series designed for people like you - who are ready to remember who you are — beneath the noise, the pressure, and the roles you've outgrown.

Through guided exercises, meaningful reflection, and supportive community, you’ll begin to:

  • Reclaim your strengths and values

  • Quiet the imposter syndrome keeping you small

  • Uncover what truly matters to you

  • Build grounded confidence that doesn’t depend on outside validation

  • Take intentional steps forward—even if they’re small ones

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself — your real, whole, already worthy self.

Led by Jackie Atkins, a life and leadership coach who knows what it means to start over. After a career in science and agriculture, raising three kids, and walking through a divorce, Jackie found herself rebuilding her life—and herself—from the ground up. She now helps others reconnect with purpose and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Come exactly as you are. You don’t need to have it figured out—just be willing to show up.

Five Week (Re)Discover You Workshop 

In person, hosted at the beautiful and connecting Sky Oro space.  Light appetizers and drinks will be provided.

Week 1, July 17: Introductions, why we are here, start self awareness

Week 2, July 24: Clarity on strengths and values

Week 3, July 31: Unpack previous learnings and introduction into shame

Week 4, August 7: Embracing your shadows

Week 5, August 14: Setting commitments and intentions
